1. Data we process
Creira processes account and workspace details, content and brand assets, service logs, and the identifiers, profile details, permissions and tokens returned when you connect a social account.
2. Why we process it
We use this data to authenticate users, provide content creation and scheduling, publish or export content at the user's request, maintain security, diagnose failures and comply with legal obligations.
3. Social platforms
When you connect Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or LinkedIn, Creira accesses only the permissions shown during authorization. Tokens are used to perform the actions you request and are not sold. Each platform also processes data under its own privacy policy.
4. Storage and retention
Credentials are protected in storage. We retain information while your account or workspace is active and as needed for security, contractual and legal purposes. Disconnecting a social account stops future access through that connection.
5. Your choices
You may disconnect social accounts and request access, correction or deletion of personal data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required by law or necessary to protect the service.
